AQUATOR - PIROU PLAGE 2016

Discovered by chance after driving down a seaside dead end street in Normandy (France), Aquator was a scam, a property developer’s con trick. Partly built and never intended to be finished, the developers walked away from the site of this proposed holiday village leaving the buildings to rot and decay and become a canvas for graffiti artists.
